Our busy staff is constantly running from project to project, so once in a while it's fun to run for a different reason. Last week a group of 34 Rand employees participated in the 36th annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Central Park. It was our biggest Rand on the Run team we've fielded in the six years Rand has participated in the event, as well as our fastest! Congratulations to Vivek Patel and Albelisa Gonzalez, who led Rand's men and women runners.

In addition to the friendly competition—Rand's office the morning after is buzzing with bragging rights—the Corporate Challenge is a great way for companies to enjoy a spirit of camaraderie and team building in a fun, informal setting. A sold-out field of 30,000 runners from 649 companies participated in this year's New York City event, which was held last Wednesday and Thursday nights and benefited the Central Park Conservancy. We hope to see you out there running next year!
