The electrical upgrade at Clinton Hill Apartments covered
all 1,229 units throughout the 12-building complex.

Newly installed equipment included submetering banks for individual apartments.

Disconnect switches for separate apartment lines were also installed.

Newly installed equipment included:

Service switches, meters, and circuit breaker panels to supply the elevator system and public light and power
Switch panels in each building included new 1,600- and 2,500-ampere main building service switches.
Apartment submetering banks.
Disconnect switches for separate apartment lines.
