The Warwick Hotel

Publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst built The Warwick
in 1927 as a lavish guesthouse for his celebrity friends.

Restoration work included repairing brickwork, terra cotta,
and stonework elements, and replacing deteriorated window lintels.

The side of the Warwick

The first three floors of the street facades were pressure
washed using an environmentally safe cleaning solution.
