&lt;p&gt;Exterior elevation and sidewalk repairs in all building entrances. Removed and repaired cracked, spalled, or otherwise defective exterior brickwork.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Installation of new ADA-compliant concrete walkway and service ramp. &lt;/p&gt;
