Property owners in the Bronx must have retaining walls facing a public right-of-way that exceed a height of ten feet inspected every five years.
Annual inspections of low- and high-pressure boilers are due December 31, 2024. To help minimize breakdowns and service interruptions, see our Boiler Maintenance Checklist.
Building elevators must undergo semi-annual inspections and testing conducted by an approved elevator agency.
