Attention Building Owners and Managers:
The New York City Department of Buildings is no longer accepting hard copies of Facade Inspection Safety Program (Local Law 11/98) reports. All FISP reports must be submitted electronically through the DOB NOW online portal.
To access DOB NOW, property owners and managers must register with the DOB's eFiling system. FISP Reports cannot be filed if the building owner has not registered.
Please note that the deadline for filing FISP Sub-cycle 8A reports is February 21, 2017, so it is urgent that owners and managers register as soon as possible.
