
New York City Bar Association (City Bar) is offering 2-credit CLE course "Hot Topics in Cooperatives & Condominiums: Cases & Marketplace Developments in the last 6 Months" on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.
This twice yearly program is essential for those who practice co-op and condo law and for those attorneys who sit on boards. The panel will discuss timely topics including:

- Hot Topics Relating to NYC's Facade Inspection Safety Program: Balcony Enclosures, Railings, and Other Issues
- Hot Topics Relating to HDFCs: Co-op Housing for Low-Income New Yorkers

The program will cover NYC's Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP, formerly Local Law 11/98), HDFCs, and a discussion of the most current cases. RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC President Stephen Varone will discuss the latest FISP developments, regulations, and guidelines issued by the NYC Department of Buildings.
