Who We Are
RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC is a New York City-based engineering and architecture firm, independently owned and led by licensed professionals since 1987. Our work spans repair, restoration, and building upgrades, along with adaptive reuse and new construction. With no outside ownership or holding company, we stay directly involved from early evaluation and planning through design, filings, and construction administration, with accountability from start to finish. We guide clients through complex work that improves building performance, protects architectural character, and supports the people who live and work inside.
What We Do
We plan, design, and administer repair, restoration, and upgrade programs for residential, commercial, institutional, and retail properties, bringing coordinated building envelope, structural, MEP, energy, and code expertise to each project. Key services include:
