FISP 9C Filings Due February 21
For buildings greater than six stories with block numbers ending in 1, 2 , or 3, Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) sub-cycle 9C reports are due February 21, 2024.
With new requirements for the 9th cycle, including additional hands-on inspections and probes for certain buildings, the lead time to schedule an inspection and file a report is approximately 4 months. RAND performs inspections by various methods including motorized scaffolds, boom trucks, and other methods in conjunction with aerial drone surveys if requested. We recommend you schedule your inspection immediately to minimize the accumulation of $1,000 per month late filing penalties.
