RAND’s Code & Zoning Compliance Team specializes in navigating the complex rules and regulations governing the building industry. With our expertise and extensive knowledge of the policies and procedures of government agencies, our team facilitates the process of obtaining the required documents and approvals for a wide range of projects. 

We assist property owners, managers, developers, and design professionals with code compliance, zoning analyses, and city agency coordination throughout all phases of a project. Our team collaborates closely with RAND’s architectural, engineering, and energy services teams to address compliance requirements efficiently from design through construction. We also support compliance with Tenant Protection Plan (TPP) requirements, coordinating DOB filings and TPP Special Inspections as part of overall project approvals.
