RAND designed and administered a structural repair and waterproofing program
at a two-story parking garage at 225 East 43rd Street.
The concrete and steel reinforcement on the underside of the structural slab were badly deteriorated.
One of the deteriorated steel beams that was uncovered when
the concrete slab and beam encasement were removed.

The work was phased so the vehicle rental facility could operate without interruption.
