Highlights
Based on the findings in the Physical Needs Assessment Report, RAND is designing and administering the following capital improvement projects:
- Boiler replacement and heating plant upgrade
- New boiler plant
- Oil storage tank abandonment
- Oil-to-gas conversion
- Facade Inspection and Safety Program 7th Cycle repair program
- Main roof and bulkhead roof replacement
- Water tower enclosure repair
