Property
Five-story, 21-apartment residential cooperative in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan. The property was formerly two buildings completed in the early 1900s. The facade was renovated in the 1950s, which removed much of the original detailing and the decorative cornice.

- Decorative bluestone panels and curb installed along the facade
- Building entrance stair rebuilt using bluestone treads
