Jack Jones' storefront facade cladding is made of reclaimed cedar water tower lumber.
RAND designed and administered the build-out of the 1,900-square-foot first floor restaurant and bar space and cellar.
The bar also features a siopa beag ("the small grocery") selling pantry goods and household items from Ireland.
Work items also included new partitions, finishes, ceiling, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and custom millwork.
All work was completed with a fast-tracked 4-week time frame.
