1,890 single-paned wood-framed and steel-framed windows replaced with double-paned thermally insulated aluminum units to reduce noise transmission and retain look and feel of original historic architectural design.
Masonry, stucco facade, and terra cotta blocks repaired/replaced.
Original cornice and decorative quoins restored.
