Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures (PIPS) | Local Law 126 of 2021
New York City requires parking structures to be inspected by a licensed engineer every six years per its Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures (PIPS) program, as mandated by Local Law 126 of 2021.
